Our Level 4-6 program (stroke development & foundation)Swimmers then progress into our intermediate program where swimmers are taught the stroke mechanics of freestyle, backstroke, hand sculling and water treading, in a deep-water setting. Swimmer to Coach ratio remains at 3:1. **Each level consists of 10 classes

Level 7-12 program (stroke enhancement & efficiency). Swimmers then progress into our advanced program, where they will learn and fine tune through sets and stroke specific drills, the 4 competitive strokes; freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly. Swimmer to Coach ratio is 4:1. **Each level consists of 10 classes

  • Cost: $305 (+hst), for 10 classes within the 7-12 program, each class is 45 minutes, with a 4:1 ratio

PRIVATE LESSONS

  • $53 (+hst), for 1 class, each class is 30 minutes, with a 1:1 ratio

Olympic Way Program

This program is divided into 3 groups; Introduction Level 1-3, Intermediate Level 1-3 and Advanced Level 1-3. This program is excellent for those swimmers who want to take the next step in perfecting technique and building endurance levels. Operating at our Midland and Bullock locations. Focus is 100% technique in the four competitive strokes while building endurance and speed levels. All four strokes are emphasized: Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly.

**Each level consists of 10 classes

  • Cost: $329 (+hst), for 10 classes, each class is 1 hour in duration, with a 5:1 ratio

Adult Program

An individualized approach to swim instruction through stroke progressions. Swimmer to coach ratio is 4:1, ensuring great hands on attention.
