Employment Opportunities with Olympian Swimming
The Olympian School of Swimming is affiliated with the Royal Lifesaving Society of Canada. We offer the full Bronze Medal Award program for swimmers interested in becoming an instructor or lifeguard.
Successful candidates are then given the opportunity to apply to become part of the Olympian Coaching staff.
In order to start the process and one day teach at Olympian Swimming, the swimmer must progress through the following prerequisites as outlined. Upon completion of these requirements, candidates will begin the specialized training of Stroke correction, technique and group coaching and instruction. Swimmers will develop essential lifesaving skills such as quick problem-solving and decision-making under difficult situations.
